Have you seen the new show Expedition Great White on National Geographic? A small crew, including a marine biologist, is catching great white sharks, and hauling them up onto a large platform in order to tag, measure, and collect DNA. The primary purpose is to gather information on great white mating habits, which are mostly a mystery. The show is pretty interesting, but it also makes me sad. Something about watching them drill holes into their fins brings a little tear to my eye. Also, anyone else think it's really random that Paul Walker is on the boat pulling in sharks?I love the National Geographic channel, even if it occasionally makes me cry.
